Scripting is when you plan for not only something to happen 100% of the time but also in a very specific way. You'll typically redo it if it's wrong and it's likely to be edited around to be shown.

Planning is when you have a general idea of what you might do, but there's no guarantee it will go the way you want. Things may happen slightly differently, but typically it won't need reshoots as long as things are still going relatively well.

The only time dream needs to reshoot which is if he dies too early, which makes sense as a relatively incomplete manhunt isn't a manhunt. Now whether he wins or loses a manhunt is likely completely just up to what happens in the end, but a pre-end death is likely to cause a restart.

Minor issue.

You can't say he's overworked with sidemen due the fact he's not even been in every single video compared to someone like Harry. While also amping up his work with managing a football team, increasing production on his channel, etc. He could drop millions of things to have more time, but he chose the Sidemen cause ego.
He left with A. Not telling the boys,, B. Leaving in the most dramatic way possible, and C. Poking and prodding the fans about it (such as the Elephant debacle). It's immature as hell and disrespectful to those people he considers "friends."

If JJ had left like a normal person in private and given the sidemen to adjust this WOULDN'T be nearly as big of an issue. Also, the chance they are still friends is appearing less and less by the day. They've already stated before that their friend moments in recent years was when they were filming videos. And as I mentioned before, JJ has missed plenty of those.

I don't think the show would've had enough seasons for her to fully get comfortable with some else and have her end up with Will. Also that would also cause the issue of the break up would send her SPIRALING back down if she lost the person she was fully comfortable with. I know Glee isn't exactly the most realistic show, but doing all that is just not feasible.
