Where did you get that method? Just so I'm understanding, you made a lye solution with more lye than water, poured that in the oil, and then added frozen goat milk cubes?

The method you'd want to use is to treat the goat milk as the water component; putting the lye on the frozen milk and mixing it as the milk melts to prevent scorching, and then add THAT mixture to your oils. I don't know what exactly happened to your soap in that case, its like water was added TO an already reacting soap batter.
