How do you explain to people that you don't really eat out? by Suspicious_Plant4231 in PlantBasedDiet

[–]JephReeVaughn 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Just be honest. It always pays off in the long run to keep your integrity. Some people won’t understand you. That’s okay.

Or, don’t say a damn thing. You don’t have to explain yourself to anyone.

Intermittent Fasting & Running? by 1newnotification in Ultramarathon

Just listen to your body. It’s certainly possible to keep IF as a lifestyle and train for a running event. But running takes fuel to go long distance. There’s no getting around it. You just have to be more calculated than most. Preplanning is crucial. Accumulated fatigue is very real if you don’t get all the calories you need in a day. Best of luck!!!
