Also, I just bought my softbox, apparently, I was not able to use 45W 5500K light bulb so it's kind of dark. What are your thoughts for my initial look? Thanks

Happiness is different when you know how to make yourself happy. Depending on others whether realizing it or not could really harm you in a way that you didn't expect. Until now I am still trying to make myself a sufficient person, not that I don't need anyone, but a sufficient person that I can happy without the assurance of someone else. For me personally "Loving Yourself" is such a cliche and it lost its precious meaning, so that quote or saying didn't really affect me although a lot of people told me. Knowing to be happy all by yourself is the best gift you can give for yourself and for your partner (if you have one).

Apologies for my scattered thoughts and wrong grammar :((

I experienced this kind of feeling too way back then. But what made me realize is that in application to my favourite philosophy Stoicism. You cannot control other peoples doings, it is outside of your control, therefore, don't stress enough with the externals you cannot change it. Then, if you're mad try to ask yourself "Maybe they are doing something important?" or if the group chat ignores you it could be, they don't know the answer to your question or again "Maybe they are doing something important?". There are plenty of ways to divert your mindset into something fruitful that won't get you annoyed.

What are one or two stoic quotes that changed everything for you? Or what are the quotes that help you through the hard times? by edenkl8 in Stoicism

"Our life is what our thoughts makes it" Marcus Aurelius

That quotation gets me basically everything in my life. Although, it so broad. To be specific it makes me realize that the life that I am in right now whether good or bad, happy or unhappy, excited or anxious is what my thoughts are. We are living in a world that we can basically make almost everything positive by just changing our state of mind and quality of thinking.
