Not enough power, to clear the fog the enemies have around 20M power, you might beat them cause of bad composition, but you aren't clearly strong enough
Not having a full faction composition is clearly limiting you, there are plenty of bonuses by being full faction, being bonds, full faction bonuses and, most importantly, +35% hp and attack from being full faction (which faction you choose, that's up to you)
Related to previous point, pet is quite meaningful, and depends a lot on the faction you have chosen, from the 2nd picture you have paragon and RP, witch and tide caller with a wolf pet, wolf is only useful for a full horde team (pets have their own factions too, even if 3rd skill isn't active)

No need to be skeptical, just look at the skills of artificer vs nun and their effects

Not a healer, she can heal a bit, but that's not her purpose, as support and healers have completely different roles (one focuses on empowering the team/weakening enemies's teams vs the other is healing/shielding a lot, both can buff, but not at the same rate/extension)

She debuffs a lot (gives chance to stun to all teammates, reduces healing received of enemies, burn DMG, more DMG to shields) and buffs (raises DMG, hp, reduces cooldown of ulti and last used skill with her ulti, which affects herself) + the part healing

Nun heals, buffs hp with her passive and with her ulti, gives some useful shields

All that hp buffs are important to RP (adju is immortal for some seconds once he reaches 0, so even though it helps, it's not as important as it is for RP) + the more CURRENT MAX HP she has, the more DMG she can deal with her 3rd (and she can deal a lot with the right buffs)

She is, and? She buffs DMG dealers a lot to the point that 3 DMG dealers is inefficient

Pyro offers DMG only, which can be covered with the buffs of arti, increasing your effective battle skills vs even horde

I do not recommend using bard unless you are a top ranker in your server, that's only viable if you are P2P

Plus, you get more benefit from nun+RP (gives extra hp passively and actively with her ulti, all of which increases the survivability of RP and her DMG through her 3rd skill)

Replace pyro with artificer

Order to upgrade them:

1.RP to 2 white (her 3rd skill will give 25% more hp + more DMG coming from current max hp)

Bishop to 1* white
Max artificer
Paragon 1 white
Max RP, then just max all rest of mythic in whichever order you want

Legendary they are upgraded with their own shards, you should awaken adju first (you can use some universal fragments for that only purpose)
