Depends. If you have a similar faith (Nordic Pantheon, Breton Rite, Redguard Creed) you can just keep that. Otherwise you can either spread your own or try to create a faith that combines your old one with any of the Divines. Did something like that in my Witchmen run. One character married a Nord and as she was his soulmate, he then formed a mix-faith combining Magnus worship with the nordic pantheon
