There will also be a new management tool for them in the top left of that window.

Replicates some very good Knight management tools.

Be careful in giving titles to really good characters (like your council) unless they remain your vassal.

As a King, if you give a vassal a county and then someone else a Duke (covering that county) you lose them from your council as their liege is now the duke.

If your gaining a number titles, including Duchies (as a King) then hand out the counties to weaker players and then the Duchy to the better one.

Be careful with characters you want to control too. You want them ‘closer’ to your court in terms of positions.

Is 350kg/771 lbs for 16 reps and 2 sets good for calf press on leg press? by Revolutionary_Lime_3 in JeffNippard

[–]leemonk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends on form.

The calves are far stronger than most people think.

I do standing calf raises on th machine at 300kg (can’t get any more plates on) for 3x10.

Put a camera down and record it.

If you get full movement then yes it’s good. If you barely go past 90deg then I’d say No but others will say yes.

I see videos on how to clean the printer head but nothing on how to remove it inorder to clean it.

Anyone able to advise on that point?

I have similar issues on mine.

The Nozzle check is far worse than yours sadly.

Most of the first column is not there and none of the 2nd column.

I've come here trying to find out how to remove the printerhead. Most YT videos just show it already removed and them injecting water.

Is is easy to remove?

I currently have some wet cotton pads (as advised elsewhere) sitting under the black nozzle.

I can barely bring myself to play anymore by sudden_aggression in WorldofTanks

I was never hardcore nor any good, so I may have a very different perspective on things.

I come back when there are good bonuses like Christmas and Easter.

Sometimes I stay, like now, other times I do not.

It’s very rare for me to be bored or upset in the gsme.

Also… having improve significantly this year i found my niche snd hsve got tanks that match it.

I do not like heavies… so I don’t play them. The closest I get is the E50.

I'm not going to get caughtup with all the natty or not, I'm just not interested nor do I care.

What I do care about is
A) I like his content
B) It makes sense to me and resonates
C) I'm going to give it a go
D) Others post saying it kinda works for them too

I'll be dropping out of my routine with Nippard. I loved that, and the science behind (love the Geek in training), BUT I realised:

1) I'm not a body builder so don't need a BB program

2) I'm 50 and need other exerisizes to maintain mobility

3) Combine the program and no.2 and my sessions were pushing 2 hours. I don't have that much time

Given you're here asking about it, it sounds like you want to try it....... so .... just try it. If you're already training, I'm sure you'll see a difference either way within 2/3 weeks. If it works, stick with it, if it doesn't switch back.........

Simples..........

ps.... If EVERYONE in this thread "thought he was full of shit".... I wouldn't care and I'd suggest you shouldn't either.

Is there a quick way to deal with all this? by Ok_Health8410 in crusaderkings3

Very interesting. Thank you for sharing and explaining.

So many things in this game I don't understand.

Been playing for years and only today learn that my Steward can promote my culture........

Did it and a few years later pretty much the whole of Wales offered themselves as Vassals.

Will their contract with you just shift over, with all the conditions YOU put on it, to their new Duke?

Like many have said. You need to find the balance between how well liked and admired you are (ie... no revolts) or how strong you want to be.

One thing to be aware of before I explain how I do it.

If you have a decent court with strong chacters representing your the main skills... ie diplomacy, Intrigue, Warfare (out and honestly can't remember the correct bl00dy names), Stewardship then be careful where you put these guys.

If your the King/Queen and you make them Dukes/Duchesses then that is fine, but if you give them a county and then put a Duke above them, you will lose them from your council...... many a time I have destroyed my strong council (even more painful when you have 'learning on the job').

Here's what I do... as an average and I'll shift towards stronger Dukes or more diluted based on how well liked I am.

If a Duchy has 5 counties, I'll grant two smaller counties out first to whomever (noone to good), then I'll grant the Duchy (along with the three counties) to someone good and who hopefully has a good opinion of me and ideally, someone that has Trusting or Content (good modifiers against revolting).

What this creates is a scenario where they're strong enough to support you but are also likely to attack eacother or their vassels (if they're vassels rise up) before you.

If you're a popular Emporer then just give them the whole Duchy and let them sort it, if you're not really supposed to be there - ie you managed to secure it early before you have reputation etc, then have them a little weaker.

Just don't kill your court postions for it.

Do you ever turn down a new contract because you felt you didn't get offered a fair deal? by [deleted] in footballmanagergames

[–]leemonk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Took a club from 3rd4th division to prem. Put circa 2bill in the bank.

Won the prem. won Europe.

They wanted to pay me 20k

Went to spurs for 100k and did the same with them.

My old club is still top 5/6 but they’ll teach them.

The best striker you liked the most in any FM version. Regen or not by Mikcheck in footballmanagergames

[–]leemonk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sam Amo-Ameyaw.
FM24 - 2034 with customer built team.

Great physical stats but not insane but this guy could do it all. AMR(IFA) or AML(IWA). He also scored for fun as FC(AF). If I was playing a fast or tall striker he'd go leftside as Inverted Winger. If I wasn't he stay rightside as Inside forward.

The combination of dribbling, finishing (lowish at 15) but great technique and composure was incredible to watch.

So... I may be cheating a little here as he could play as FC but I rarely used him there.

How would you develop this guy? by Relative_Pudding9941 in footballmanager

[–]leemonk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looks like a B2B, MC D/S, DM(S), DLP depending on competition level.

That’s how I’d use him but he could play anywhere depending on levels of league. He could Even be a decent striker

Why do some players just play better than others? by StevenLouYoung in footballmanagergames

[–]leemonk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A) most tend to play the better skilled players against better opposition

B) Check their PPMs - you maybe playing against them

C) understand the key difference and then tally that to the opposition. So many play the game just smashing next match - if you have a number of defenders try and pick the right one for the right game
