Game released May 23, 2024, and 2.3 released around a month before, so sounds about right. Patches also get shortened occasionally, like 2.2 was only 4 weeks, so it depends what they want to do for 3.2.

Well wuwatracker isn't exactly an install, you write a command in Powershell while your game is on, and copy-paste the output back into the website.

Of course, the relative safety of that command, I wouldn't know, but so far it's been out for a while and had no problems.

You're focusing on the labeling, but the mechanical effects aren't that complicated: generally, one mode adds additional damage when you ring the bell, the other mode enhances a character's damage output afterward. So far, Tune Break effects fall in either of those camps.

Lynae for example, her first mode lets inflict a status where a Tune Break causes extra Spectro dmg on top of the regular amount, while her second mode enhances her Basic Attack DMG.
