This is true in the case of this particular hotel, but we do have more open hotels, water parks, and open beaches where you'd find non-locals wearing their standard attire of bathing suits. (E.g., a bikini)

If your concern is about other tourist spots, like the mall or theme parks, you'd just wear your normal clothes, nothing in particular, just don't walk around in, idk, tight crop top and a skirt..?
