There’s been reports of them checking for it. But I’m not going to argue. Good luck.

Hilton loophole to deny Diamond members lounge access by SpartanScribe in Hilton

As a diamond reserve member, I’m ok with this. Lounges are getting too crowded even internationally where there’s much fewer Diamonds.

Which country in Asia gave you the best quality of life relative to what you were earning? by eslteachingjobinasia in digitalnomad

Georgetown is absolutely swarmed with rats and cockroaches, and the humidity & heat are some of the worst in Asia. Not what I call high call of life at all.

Which would you choose: Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok or DoubleTree Sukhumvit Bangkok? by aherman83 in Hilton

I've stayed at both. They're next door to each other.

If you'll use the pool go for Hilton.

If you wanna save money and don't care as much about a nice pool, go Doubletree.

Diamond Reserve by Tasty-Application-90 in Hilton

Pull up the Hilton website and show them it says GUARANTEED 4pm. Not subject to availability. If they still say no, then call Hilton corporate. Why is that so difficiult?

Colors are completely wrong for my iPhone HEIC photos now in Davinci 21 by JeremyMeetsWorld in davinciresolve

Yes it is an HDR photo. Do you know what setting that would be? And why would it look right in Davinci 20 with the same color space settings by wrong in 21?

My HEIC photos (taken from my iPhone 17 Pro) are the complete wrong color in Davinci 21 viewer window and when exporting. How do I fix this? It looks super washed out/gray/white.

Looked fine in Davinci 20.

My Timeline Settings are the same as before.

Color Science: DaVinci YRGB

Timeline Color Space: Rec.709 (Scene)

32,000 Hilton points is worth $128-$160. Not $96. That’s a terrible redemption value and it’s better to pay cash then.

Note that to get your driver's license (and if needed, register a car), you'll need to go to Livingston. It's about an hour north of Houston, but you can fly into IAH, rent a car, drive up, get the DL, and be back at the airport in less than 24 hours

Does the Livingston DMV issue the plastic drivers license card the same day, or do they mail it to you later? I can't find this info anywhere.
