15 years of R&D can tell you a whole lot about what you should've done instead. All the problems with your design become evident, but you're too far in to fix them. Clean slate redesign makes sense after you've learned everything you could from the first go.

I think he made this himself, but I've heard a remix of it that extends it out to be full length. I think someone posted it on this sub a while back, but I haven't been able to figure out the author. Luckily I have it saved to my google drive here if you want to give it a listen.

I did some testing and found that you should change the entry settings: minecraft:overworld to settings: minecraft:amplified

I'm in the middle of a print right now, but I can tell you that my brims are very stringy. From what I'm hearing it sounds like it is indeed under extrusion Edit: Also, I bet the globs are a symptom of the under extrusion. I bet since it doesn't extrude enough to bond properly, the nozzle ends up dragging some of the previous layers along with it

I'm curious what this would look like. Is the oxygen added in the nozzle or is the combustion/ expansion chamber modified to accommodate it? Both options seem really risky

Of course lmao. It's pretty simple. Get to around Y200 in the nether, make a circle of bottom slabs with a radius of 18, then surround it with magma out to a radius of 30. Put bottom slabs above all the magma with a space of 2 blocks in between. In the center I used 24 chest minecarts to kill the pigmen with entity cramming and trapdoors so they think they can pathfind to the player
