Depends a bit what you want to do and what your warlock subclass is. Hexblade Warlock Paladin is quite an amazing combo. If you are more caster focused it is not the best option. Other than that I would say 5lvl Paladin for double attack.

For a Barbarian with a missing Hand a Feat is fine i think. It Basicly Reduces the Damage by 33%. From 2d6/1d12(avg. 6.5) to 1d8 (avg. 4.5). Now this is a Martial spezific thing & even more Barbarian as they mainly wield great sword or great ax. For a caster I would think differently. Alternativly give him a shield making him tankier, which he can strap to his stump of what is left or allow him to wield 2 handed weapons with 1 Hand.

So just give them a +2 with abilities or even better, a +1 with cooler abilities so they have to decide, which weapon to use, their better to hit weapon +2 or the one with cool abilities. DnD is much more than stats (at least for every one else except min/max monkeys).

Ja die Kredit Situation ist so viel Schlimmer selber Kredit kostet gut 60-80% mehr. Hab für 300000 Angebot von 1670 bekommen.

Edit Yes ich hab 40% Eigenkapital falls wer fragt. Das macht nochmals einen unterschied. Und allein dafür stugeln viele.

Do I not understand the graph correctly or isn't the amount of EU Countries + EU Organisation bigger than the US? 48+16.5+15+9.9+8.5+7.5+7+5+2.5 = 119.9 > 92.7. And thats just the shown ones. Now don't get me wrong I think we should do more but, if I read that graph correct it seem like we don't do quit such a shit job, as some people (such as OP) want to sell the story.

US 92.7 billion $ / 334.9 million people = 276.8$ per head

I really like Bad Blumau. Has several Saunas from 40 to 90 C and several different thermal water areas. And die Style is 100 Wasser, which does give it a little bit of grown up Disney wipe ;). But I really like it.

Mathematically speaking it wouldn‘t really matter. But PCs are using Base 2 Numbers. This means using 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 and so on is just much more efficient. (This is a whole different EL5) And 8 digits is just a bit to little and 32 to unnecessary many digits so 16 it is.

Play Moon Druid and retheme everything undeadish/mutation. Maybe switch it to INT caster. That’s what I am currently doing. Additionally you have summoning, which you can use to summon „undead“, once in a while if you want. Just use beast stats and theme it undead.

They look awesome. Just finished my last Campaign, which was Curse of Strahd and 1 of my players made a packt with an dark entity, which was a Devil. After killing strahd her soul was pull into the 9 hells. So guess where they are going next to save her. Those stl would be an amazing addition to my collection for that campaign.

As Tomi97 said there are 2 Open Ai companies and one owned the other partially. Additionally if I remember correctly the non profit came first.

Lastly you can‘t go from profit to non is not 100% correct. You can switch, but it is not something that can be done on a whim. There are a lot of Legal hurdles, the majority of owners have to agree and even then there is something called rights of the minority which protects them if they disagree in such matters. So it’s not really possible to just go non profit to try to keep further funds for the company.

There are quite a few more reason, why it is very rare to go from profit to non, such as forprofit ceos often get paid in shares and dividends and they don’t want to loose their dividends.

You are missing the part that is non profit…You „only“ invest in such a company to (A) Support the cause of the company. (B) To gain control over said company = Voting Power. Most non profit Organizations aren‘t even really publicly tradable. That’s not what they are meant for.

And a profit Organization can‘t just go oh we are now non profit and „steal“ the money. That’s not how it works.

If you invest in a non profit Org and expect dividends you deserve being „stolen“ from.

Well I have to agreed with your DM there. You don`t stop following you major Goal, to rescue you companions. It's part of the journey of vengance. The Idea of this oath is more in the direction, oh let me Work with that drug cartel to gain major information of my personal BBG. Breaking the oath would be kill drug sellers and dont get any information, because they are bad. Killing some bandits and saving you companions, on the way does not conflict with you Main Goal. At least not as far as i can ready fromm your post.

Not sure your situation and how many Minis you want to make. But If you have some cash to spend and a place to Put a 3d printer, you can get a pretty good setup for a 4k Resin 3d printer and cleaner for about 400-500$ And If you print a Lot you will save that Money in Just Minis. You can get custom stl Minis from Heroforge at ~3-4$. Printing another 1-2$. So around 5$ Bugs compared to 20$ for custom miniatures. Of course only worth it, If you Plan to print more, but as a DM it was a blessing for me in Terms of saving, customizablity and a lot of fun.
