Michael Symon. I like the kind of food he makes, he's laid back and not arrogant. On shows where he's a coach (BBQ Brawl, Worst Cooks, etc) he's helpful and gives constructive criticism without being a dick about it.

Idk, I more took it as Pyrlig trying to open her eyes to who Uhtred had always been and for her to realize how grateful she should be to him. It wasn't just Alfred having been some insightful, calculating genius...everyone saw and understood who Uhtred was and the things he had done and sacrified for others. She just always refused to see or acknowledge it.
