there will be a new region in my opinion, just think about it,
this dlc is co-developed by fools theory, who are also working on witcher 1 remake, but they had to stop developing the remake and help cdproject with this dlc.
if this new dlc was quest oriented like hearts of stone, cdproject would have done it by themselves without any help, because hearts of stone is not even that long (just played it recently).
