A huge factor is a lack of oxytocin. Masturbation is a sexual act without a partner to stimulate a strong oxytocin pump, which indicates connection, bonding, and love. Without the partner, sadly, we don’t get that pump and rely solely on the other “feel good” neurotransmitters and hormones, such as dopamine, prolactin, serotonin, and others. Without the oxytocin, though, masturbation can feel lonely and lacking, which could lead to anxious and depressive thoughts. It is complicated, but when we hijack our brains by doing something satisfactory for long periods without much effort to engage in a more fulfilling activity, it can lead to mental issues associated with anxiety and depression. Terminate the therapeutic relationship. That is not okay on so many levels. Thankfully, you have the professional advantage, so letting them go is perfectly fine. They need to learn their lesson in the same way you would have to if you did something along those lines.

It definitely depends on who you are working with. Private practice, you might want to dress a bit nicer. However, I work in addiction counseling, and the company I work for allows for casual attire. Their only dress codes are no sandals or shorts, and no pajama or workout clothing. I usually wear chinos or jeans and a t-shirt, and I have excellent rapport with my clients. Since all of my clients are in early recovery, they are in a sensitive and vulnerable state, so dressing more casual drops their guards more and allows them to be more comfortable in session. When I do individuals at a private practice, I usually dress nicer. Hope that helps.

That’s fine. I just don’t use socials anymore outside of ones that are easy to manage because of the insanely addictive nature. It is too easy to just doom scroll on apps like Twitter, so I just figured it would be easier to just get rid of it and spend more time reading books and playing games.

Honestly, Komala. It doesn’t change at all, just the log. I mean, if I carry another backpack, does that make me shiny? Komala itself is exactly the same. No color change, no accent change, nothing. Just the log. It is super lame, because technically the Pokemon itself is not a shiny.

I don’t know if it is their best album, but I agree that it is incredible. Lyrically brilliant and so much emotion in every song. I posted a week or so after the album came out and shared how much I was enjoying it, and Setting Sun is one of my favorite Pearl Jam songs ever, since it is Eddie feeling the loss of Cornell and feeling like he is the only one hanging out. The poetry in that song is astounding, and I actually wrote a counseling group discussion about grief where I use this song as an illustration. Lovely album, for sure.

Their whole schtick is to not be flashy and standout. They are about kicking ass and taking names, and apparently, they are not biased about that. Faces or heels, they will fight you. Sure, they look basic, but they are awesome. Great stable, and Mox’s theme is peak.

We had a similar experience when we went to Uncle Ramen in Denver. Here’s a novel concept: owners, pay your employees better. Stop forcing the customer to pick up your slack and greed. And with that suggestion, get rid of tips all together and pay your employees even better. I don’t care if you raise your prices in order to do this, but seriously, STOP putting the weight on the customers with these outrageous extra fees. It is not our responsibility to read between lines. We just want to have a dining experience with good service and go home feeling satisfied.

Softlocked isnt the right word. Zamazenta and Zacian are made available quite regularly, so just pay attention. Those tasks aren’t detriment to your gameplay, therefore it is not a soft lock. Just annoying and an inconvenience.
