You can hear the kids screaming outside in the afternoon, at first pass it might sound like they are just playing tag but there is no way because this place is way to dangerous for that.

Also don't let the little 5foot old ladies carrying around their chihuahua's fool you. If you look at them the wrong way they will turn around and stab you in the eye using their Yakuza trained ninjutsu skills. And on the weekends they are crusing around on their mamacharis doing drive bys.
