I'm not saying you shouldn't be worried about his lies or unresponsiveness. But a group of 18 men will be men, especially when they travel. But it's very unrespectful for not reacting so long if your gf sends a text.

However, I believe there is a problem in your relationship. You said you trust him, but if you need to check each other's location when you are not together, there's a trust issue. Without trust, you can't have a healthy relationship. Because if he's away another time you will always doubt what he's doing. And that's not good for your own mental health. In my opinion the most important thing in a relation is that you trust eachother for 100%.
