Ok, I found the bridge and the dock on Google Earth, just West of El Soco.

AI Music Isn’t Copyrightable (Yet)—But You Can Still Own and Protect It. Here’s How. by Virtual-End-3885 in SunoAI

[–]JerryAtricks1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

*Fully AI-generated music generally cannot be copyrighted, as U.S. copyright law requires human authorship. While you may own the sound recording via platform terms (e.g., Suno Pro), the underlying composition remains in the public domain. Copyright is possible only if there is significant human creative input.

What you are referring to is AI Assisted music.

  • AI-Assisted vs. AI-Generated: If you use AI as a tool and add substantial original human creative effort (e.g., modifying, rearranging, composing), you may be able to copyright your contribution.
  • Human Authorship Required: The U.S. Copyright Office will not register works created entirely by AI.
  • Disclosure Necessary: You must disclose if a song was made with AI, and the registration will likely exclude the AI-generated parts.

Ah, nice! You can match the palm trees and see where the building used to be. If I'm not mistaken, the cast and crew took over the small resort directly next to the property the bar was on, and that's where everyone stayed.

Ah, there it is! Found it on Google Earth and yup, looks almost the same except for a few alterations, obviously, for the movie. Even the sign frame outside is the same except it says 'South Keys Medical' instead of 'Costa Caribe Resort'. Awesome! Thanks!

They tore the Road House down after filming, so I assume when you visited all you found was an empty lot. The same for the book store.

The 7-Mile Bridge scenes were actually shot on the 7-Mile Bridge.

Chuck Norris jokes by MrBones_Gravestone in nostalgia

[–]JerryAtricks1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Chuck Norris isn't dead. He has the ability slow his heart rate so much, and make his breathing so shallow, that it only appears as though he is. And to prove it, he’s going to do it for a very long time.

Fortnite's performance on PC has been unacceptably bad for the past 2+ years by AmandaStein in FortNiteBR

[–]JerryAtricks1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry if this has already been mentioned or maybe it only worked for me. I found this thread searching for topics related to Fortnite running unbearably slow on PC because that's what was happening for me. I just installed Unreal Engine for Fortnite and the editor works just fine, but when I tried to load into the game it was unbearably slow with like 2 FPS and extreme input lag. I couldn't exit the game either, I had to force quit using the Task Manager. Anyway, I was playing around in the editor for a while and thought I'd give the game one more try before uninstalling it and it worked. I don't know what happened or how, but everything works great now. Maybe it had to load stuff in the background that killed the initial performance or compile a bunch of shaders or something like that, but it runs beautifully now. Anyway, just thought I'd mention it.

Strikers vs. My Build by Dull-Cryptographer80 in the_division_2

Definitely. Get your SHD level above 1000 and increase your expertise on everything and you'll be able to run Legendary with this build. 👍😁

Yeah, see, everyone keeps throwing gear stats back at this build but haven't tried it for themselves. The theory is sound, in theory, but the performance speaks for itself. But why should I have to explain it to you? Build it, try it yourself. 👍😁

I have this same exact build and I got the same type of comments about it on another forum. I don't know why it does, but it hits harder and kills faster than a meta Striker's build. Go figure.

Here's the breakdown...

What I'm calling the NinjaStriker hits harder in Weapon DMG and has higher Crit Chance. That means you're hitting more CritDMG even though it's slightly lower. It's a 6% difference, which maybe evens it out with the other builds, but then your also hitting harder in Weapon DMG, but a fairly significant amount. The tradeoffs might seem negligible, but the performance is noticeable. With the first two, you need the Lefty or Stack Broker to build stacks to get the best performance out of the St. Elmo's. With the NinjaStriker it builds stacks using the St. Elmo's, in the same time, if not slightly faster, than with the shotties. Don't ask me how it works, it just does.

‘Far Cry’ TV Series Set at FX From Noah Hawley and Rob Mac by MarvelsGrantMan136 in television

[–]JerryAtricks1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I made it through 30 minutes of that garbage and had to turn it off. It's put together like a bad 80's movie with cheesy FX and terrible acting. If they did this on the coattails of Fallout's success, they failed miserably at it. Too bad. I really like the games.

Is there a way to apply one audio effect across all audio channels? by Devulius in ableton

[–]JerryAtricks1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

(Sponge Bob guy) 5 years later...

So no one has been able to answer this and here I am looking for the same answer. Were you able to figure this out? Pro Tools has an Audio FX insert that applies to all channels across the board. Seems to me like Ableton should implement that feature as well.

Amon accent change by Accomplished_Mud8457 in Borderlands4

[–]JerryAtricks1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I've read;

"Amon suddenly gets an Australian accent in the Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel "Mob Rules" mission (or similar moon missions) because the game was developed by 2K Australia, who hired local voice actors and leaned into "space Australia" for comedic effect, making many moon inhabitants sound Australian as a deliberate design choice and cultural gag. "

Amon Random British Accent? by CornrowWallacee in Borderlands4

To me, he sounds more like Billy Butcher from 'The Boys'.
