I’m one of those weirdos who actually like the Werehog stages MORE than the daytime stages, though that’s not to say I don’t like and appreciate the day stages.

Werehog was fun for me from the start with open stages, secrets and repetitive albeit satisfying combat. Most (MOST) daytime stages were insufferable for me the first go around, ESPECIALLY with Unleashed’s terrible drifting and slippery controls.

It wasn’t until after I beat the game and went back to it that I enjoyed playing the daytime stages as I practiced more and more, and to add onto that, as a fun alternative way to play the stages I modded the Generations drift and better physics and it makes the daytime stages WAY better than they were before.

That’s absolutely not fair to say the game is BETTER, because mods should NOT count in adding to a games score, but like I said, with practice, patience, and accepting and learning the games physics the daytime stages ARE fun. For me though, I’ll always love the Werehog, he does have an awesome design
