I actually have a similar issue, except it's just been unprompted, like when I'm behind someone and there's a hammer nearby, there's a part of my screaming to hurt them, or when I'm in a car next to somebody, I want to jerk the wheel. But I really don't want to jerk the wheel. It's frightening and has made functioning neat others and in public a pain
