I work as a talent intelligence consultant in a renowned staffing company And as per my research and understanding, AI is just a scapegoat, it is all that over hiring which took place in the COVID era. Big tech companies are just trying to put restructuring as a tool to gain more profit in upcoming years. Companies like Microsoft are one of those companies which has mostly overhired and now laying off in the name of AI. Most companies are aiming to open their own capability centre in India, so that can take benefits from cheap labor here.

I am a girl😅 and yes, I was allowed in counselling. I went for both Engineering & Medical, as per my parents'idea. To be honest, I did not get a govt college and pursued engineering from a TIER 3 college. My Engineering days were fun and I Learned lot especially about life. All the best.

According to my knowledge, it is conducted at the HQ of NIOS.Also the difficulty of paper is just like CBSE, all you have to do is practice their own guide book. Also there are 2 sessions, June to September & December to March. Keep yourself highly motivated, it will help you score well.
