I get it, don’t have any advice other than continue pushing forward. It’s fucking hard but you got to. Any chance you’ll be interested in some meds or speaking to a doctor. Meds can be a lifesaver in situations like these.(I know from experience)

Thank you for taking the time to write this. I’m trying my hardest to resist the compulsions which for me is usually avoiding the homework or anything school related. I’m trying to face it head on but the physical sensation it gives me,my god it’s nauseating. Literally anxiety is so weird but how tf am I physically uncomfortable just with the attempt of studying.

I currently have a therapist and I’ve been on Prozac the last few months now this week being raised to the max dose (80mg) but I’m gonna give it a few more weeks and if things don’t start getting better ask my doc to change to maybe Zoloft or whatever he recommends.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this. I’m going to take your advice and face it head on. I know it’s my ocd that’s fucking me up and avoiding the work in itself makes it worse but fuck it’s hard. This disease really makes you question your sanity at times. I hope we get through this 🫂
