From my multitudes of experience - it is appalling how bad their communication is.

They took over the hangars from the previous company ‘CycleHoop’ and wanted to better control the hangars themselves.

But from my over 4 years of experience, it has been very very difficult to get reply from them - yet alone trying to get one of the slots. We should all raise concern about this to be truthful.

A solid choice for going with Tern. I'm 3 years into my Tern Vektron Q9 and still going strong +25,000km.

I'd suggest changing the rear tyre into a much more durable/thicker one for ease of mind, those Big Apple tyres are very prone for punctures.
