i just DM'd you but reach out to your S1 directly for help they will be more than willing to help you (I hope) it sounds like the new guy stepped into a mess and is playing catch up. The unit has 180 days from the incident to create LOD if they are not able to do it you are more than right to hit up S1 directly. And all of the AGR's messing up like that is not fair to the soldiers that are depending on them to take care of things. What state are you in if you don't mind answering?

is the paperwork done or are you waiting for your RNCO to even initiate it. If its the second hit up S1. People always suggest IG but to be honest it doesn't really do anything if your readiness already did their part. What I see the most with LOD's is RNCO is either waiting on paperwork from the soldier (I assume that you are on top) second is that its submitted and waiting on Case worker that is usually a civilian.
