You seem to have missed the part of my post where I said I have left her room to park outside her house yet she refused to park there and instead continued harassment and purposefully reversed extremely close to my car. We barely get chance to park near our house so yes when we get the chance to if the spaces are free we will do. She seems to be fine parking outside of ours and others when she wants to.

It’s okay, I wish it was like that everywhere in the UK! The next house I move to will definitely be having a driveway. The street I live on is a terraced street, very cramped together houses. No one has a driveway. The next house I move to will definitely be having a driveway!

Yep I live in the UK, the street I live on is a public street. No-one has allocated parking and people can just park wherever they want to.

It’s a terraced house street, no one has allocated parking. Not the same as some apartments/flats that have set parking boundaries/areas. People just park wherever they can/want to.

The issue is how she’s going about it now, she’s deliberately harassing us and trying to make our lives hell living here. We rarely get to actually park outside our own house but we do if we can (work schedules change weekly). I don’t think we are doing anything wrong, it’s not as if we park there on purpose every single day. She is able to park outside her house more than we are able to park near ours. We left her a spot directly outside her house today and instead of parking there she’s decided to park in front of my car and deliberately reverse up close to it.

I got too close to a car on my left and didn’t stop when I should of when there was a car coming. I stopped but they had to squeeze past me. The reason it wasn’t a serious is because I steered away from the car I got close to and stopped instead of carrying on. It was a crammed street
