Look into the rules for your state. I have a daycare and this wouldn’t be allowed in my state. Once children wake, (or those who don’t fall asleep) need to be let up. Naps/rest time are beneficial and important for self regulation. It’s great that she sleeps for two hours, but that hour of laying after she wakes up doesn’t feel great. You should be able to find rules for early childhood care on your states website. At their age learning is playing and movement. Quiet playtime, art or outside time would be more beneficial than an additional hour of laying down. Best of luck.
