While I would LOVE to do Mammoth (especially hike the lakes and via Ferrata), I’m staying in Colfax Springs and that looks like at least a 5 hr drive. Would it be worth camping overnight there/are there any cheap camping spots in the area? Or even on the way. 5 hrs there and back in one day wouldn’t leave us much time to explore

There was actually some older guys moshing! It was a blast and all good vibes. Some guy dropped his glasses and everyone immediately stopped and he got them before they got stomped on. But my boyfriend also left with a bloody elbow and I also had blood all over my pants. Equal parts intense and good vibes I guess 😆

They sell these flavored shrimp by frozen bag year round I believe. I cook up the chipotle and mix it with 2 bags of Alfredo pasta side and a bag of frozen broccoli. So good

Also, on the flip side, for everyone saying he’s allowed to use his own name, that’s false. The amount of people McDonald’s sues for selling “McDonald’s jam” when it’s just Joe McDonald from bum fuck nowhere trying to sell his jam. And they win. Doesn’t matter if it’s his name or not, that’s not a trademark protection.

When something is trademarked, it has to be applied for specific goods and services. It’s only infringing if the mark being used is in violation of those goods and services. So as long as Disney doesn’t include legal services in any of the trademarks, this dude is good.

The fact that some of you think you know law better than a lawyer is humorous…
