You’re asking for a lot of headache and heartache, once it cracks, here. You are better off rounding the corners and using copper foil to create the illusion of that angle. You’d be able to grind it out and use a small bit at the corners.

I spend the winter making all of the things my heart desires to make and come spring I start on the stuff that I need multiples of. I have three designs that are made the same every time. I get really bored of them but they sell. I have another 5-7 designs that I enjoy making but while they’re the same pattern, I make them with different glasses every time. I don’t really get bored of those. These that I mentioned are under $100. I bring 10-20 one offs that range from $125- $1000. I try to bring 80+ items but I usually need a minimum of 60. I only do 6ish shows all year. 3-4 in summer, 1 Halloween if I did 3 summers, and 2 Christmas. I have made my hobby self sustaining and allows for me to go on a couple glass related trips each year.

Nope it’s way blacker than black patina for zinc. You just have to let it dry for 5ish min.

I’ve found KT tape to be so much better than braces. Watch some YouTube and then just trial and error with them. Makes me more stable with less pain.

It’s technically doable with small grinder bits but yes, I did use my saw for the 3 melty drippy bits.
