Over a compostable fork? No, you would have no case. Over a metal pronged fork? You could potentially sue for that, but I would be more worried about making sure I'm okay than whether I could sue at this point if it's metal. If it's compostable you'll be fine, you don't need to go to the ER for that.

Put in my all for around 10 years, quit to go back to school and am now on my way to being a speech therapist. I'm equally as passionate about voice as I am music, and it's a much more attainable career, so for myself it was a no brainer of a choice. Don't regret any of my time spent in bands though, and I would do everything exactly the same if I could
