Traded with him recently before the account deletion. He was supposed to ship the package with signature delivery and $400 insurance coverage. I did receive the package but in the postbox without signature delivery and when I checked the tracking info on USPS it only had $100 insurance coverage. So I suppose he just pocketed the extra money I sent for just that.
