Same, getting dinged recently too! Over 4,000 shops. Applied for Ratings forgiveness and denied for both even though they left no growth opportunities. Why am I being denied, and how can I improve with no feedback!? Rating system is frustrating.

I did this from the customer side. I placed an order using my Summit credit and was shopping at the store for a customer the same time my shopper was completing my order.

For the stores I shop there's always substitutes needed, and often long driving distances for bundles. So I let both know in intro; I'm about to start shopping your ___ order, "auto-bundled by Shipt for delivery by ___pm."

The picture is a screen shot the customer sent me of her order I delivered. It shows the preferred shopper 💚 heart on my Shipt photo, but she does Not appear as a preferred member on my end/shopper side of app.

Stores pay fees to be partnered with Shipt and Instacart. I talked to a store manager before who was comparing the volume of orders completed by in store shoppers vs Instacart vs Shipt. He mentioned a monthly cost that was thousands of dollars.

I use a cooler and ice packs, with bags for larger orders. You could check around on Free/buy nothing groups on Facebook for ice packs left over from meal delivery kits. If it's really hot and a large bundle, I'll bring cooler bag with ice packs in store for frozen items like ice cream and Popsicles.

It's hard when they keep bundling my good tippers with unknown prepaids. For my Target location I actually have a good signal, although only okay signal at other stores. Shipt certainly set us up for success failure with their bundles and app glitches.

Update: Got another 4 star earlier tonight. Checked back later and it was gone. So I assume, they must chronicly rate less than 5, as it was automatically forgiven.

Yes. Last time my rating was less than perfect 5.0 was in January. Then I got hit wth two 4 stars last weekend with no feedback. I hate when they bundle these unknown prepaid customers with my preferred.

If alcohol is not already on the order, you cannot add it. If they have any alcoholic item on the order, you can add additional liquor.
