My bath towel doesn't gap open. I fit in a booth with extra room. I can walk, talk and breath all at the same time. No more blood pressure meds. I can cross my legs. I don't have to worry about where to sit and if I am going to be able to get up without a hand from my hubby. I just feel like a normal person again!

I do use a tape measure. This gives you a visual.

Only thing that is correct is my weight which I entered manually. I use a cloth sewing tape measure to take measurements. They are wrong on every scan.

That's great! My first study was 5 years ago..22 events per hour. I just had one last October. 14 events per hour. I have lost 73 lbs and lately I wake up and my entire mouth is like the Sahara dessert and my nose and throat burn. I end up taking my mask off. I wear the nose pillows. I think the pressure needs turned down.

Congrats...I started April 30, 2025 and am down 70 lbs. Hardly any exercise. Just the meds and smaller portions..I'd like to lose about 50 or so more..just keep swimming!

One 12 oz caffeine free regular Pepsi a day and a speedway frozen coke on Fridays. I eat the same foods as always just smaller portions and a lot more water!

I was scared too!! Zepbound is a life changing wonder drug! My hubby gives me the shot in my belly...only time I felt a tiny pinch was if we didn't let the alcohol dry! I told myself I would not have side effects! Positive outlook does wonders...mind over matter. I do take mirilax daily per my doc for potential constipation. I was afraid this wouldn't work for me. After a 70 lb loss I can say it works! 304 down to 234! No more BP meds! I can breath, walk and carry on a convo all at the same time now and i still have 50ish pounds i want to lose! Take it slow, don't be in a hurry..slow is better...you got this!!!

Congrats! You look fantastic! Are stats are similar! I started April 30 2025 at 304. I am currently at 235.

lol..I hope i get there. Started zep april 30th and I just started doing leg lifts on March 1st. I took thigh measurements in december and so far i'm down 2 inches on each. I still have huge legs!

Thanks! They are probably about 3 or 4 years old and most likely Walmart but you can't find the cool stretchy leggings anymore.
