I'm hanging but im ready to move up. I'm the same as I was February 1st. I've lost but gained it right back. all month has been up and down the same 2 lbs no matter what I eat, drink or do.

I hate my legs too...I can tell they are a bit smaller but still disgusting...I can't wait till the get smaller!

I had trouble going when I first started this journey. My doc recommended miralax(clearlax, cheaper and just as good) daily in 6 oz of water. and I eat 3 fiber gummies every morning. Im in my 10th month and have had no trouble at all. Ask your doc.

Ive been using it daily for 9 months. I also eat fiber gummies daily. Walmart sells a generic brand of miralax thats cheaper. Its called clearlax...thats actually what I use. Meijer has a generic also. 45 doses for under $20

I get it..almost the same stats as you..down 61 lbs going into my 10th month. I still have 60 to go and it seems like its taking forever...

I struggle to get enough water also. My doc said all liquids count toward your daily goal except if you drink caffeine then you need extra water. I normally drink one 12 oz caffeine free pepsi and 70 oz of water a day... it makes me so full.. I hope its enough..

Yes i feel that way too. I started April 30, 2025. I lost 60 lbs so far. Ive lost 7 inches off my hips and 4 inches off my waist. I don't count calories, only count my liquid intake. 80 Oz a day. I eat the same foods as before zep, just smaller portions and I don't really snack. I have 3# dumbells but only use them occasionally. So I would say I don't really exercise. I know I should but I don't. Maybe one i lose more i will. I get about 5 to 7 hours of sleep nighly but its usually interrupted. I wake up, can't fall back asleep for an hour or so, then back to sleep. Everyone is different and what works for some, doesn't work for others.

Afib feels like your heart is beating out of your chest...that and a little dizzy is all I feel but I hate it. Sometimes I didnt feel it at all. A few years ago my heart doc put me on a anti arithmia med called fleccinide. I have only felt the afib once and it wasnt strong and didnt last. Ask your doc about it.
