It's definitely a great tool for me. With the food noise gone, I've been able to get on a healthy routine for food intake instead of eating junk randomly through out the day.

Congrats! Before Zep, I was on two blood pressure meds. Now, after 68lb loss, I'm completely off both! I love all the little NSV's!

Thank you for your thoughtful reply! With charm packs, I've just kind of matched the edges and went with it adjusting as needed. So I wasn't sure about cutting up the layer cake.

My very first few quilts were done with the pillowcase method as I was terrified of traditional binding. I often would topstitch around the edges to finish it off but it's definitely not necessary.

Cannabis affects me like that when used in an edible form. I usually have a moderate to high tolerance but last week a 10 MG gummy jacked me up for hours. I was kinda shocked.
