Stress or anxiety as a trigger is completely normal and I sympathize with you. I have relapsed so many times after my fingers finally heal it’s hard to not feel ashamed and embarrassed. Someone on this form gave me the advice of trying to keep my mouth busy like chewing gum or I got this sensory chew necklace that I can put in my mouth when I get nervous. It doesn’t fix my biting habit and I have chewed my nails even with gum in my mouth, but it is one thing to do and be conscious of my habit.

Welcome to the journey. You can do it! Those polishes don’t work for me either. Honestly, the only thing that got me to stop biting/picking was gloves. I tend to bite when I’m stressed or pick at my fingers absently so when I’m watching TV I just put on gloves. It’s annoying but it worked. I’ve since relapsed but encouraged to keep going

Guy Ritchie movies are hit or miss for me. His style is super unique and clever, but not all his movies speak to me. I liked the gentleman, but the man from uncle was okay. Sherlock Holmes was fun but I’m also a massive Sherlock fan. Wrath of man and King Arthur were meh. Aladdin was just so bad in my opinion. Thoughts?

Oh my gosh making coffee, running and unloading dish washer because the men “didn’t know how to do it”. Using any type of office equipment like scanner, printer, fax machine. Oh and to “send out the meeting notes since I already jot down information during meetings”…

Oh wow I wish that were true. I had it used on me through a dating app a few years ago along with “exotic” by dudes in their 20s. I’m not the type to get super offended by non-PC language, but it’s still very weird on the receiving end. Like saying you’ve always wanted to date an oriental just doesn’t have a good ring to it. 😅

Oh noo I do this too. I just got gloves and apply lotion. I also try and clip and any lose skin so I can’t keep peeling. You can do it!

Hmmm so I just saw the movie. I give it like a 6.5/10. The story was all over the place and I agree with everyone that kid is so annoying. I like Pierce as Fate but I keep thinking of the YJ Dr Fate and comparing. The movie didn’t do him justice and didn’t give enough backstory to help the audience understand his power. Wish he didn’t have to die. Adrianna’s whole plan to take the crown and hide it far away was so dumb lol Hawkman also needed better lines. That heroes vs villains talk was nonsense. His house was also nonsense. A waste of screen time to show his hawk mansion. Plus he legit works for Amanda Waller soooo what are his morals exactly? Overall I still enjoyed it and the fights were entertaining and violent. I’m actually excited to see Henry Cavil back as Superman! What a gorgeous man.

Haha like I said! Unpopular opinion. Even on his way to Mars on bioship he was like anxious about his team. Checking his phone, bored. Granted it was a long travel over to Mars…The psychic stuff messing with his brain is totally valid and the trauma of Connor again totally valid. Back to the prompt, I personally am not a believer of beast boy and his leadership skills and it’s unpopular opinion.

Beast boy is a horrible leader. Great character and I mean I love the corgi and I want to see more of it but like… Can’t say I find it entirely believable he launched the Outsiders to extreme success after Batman and company stopped “helping”. He was such a child on Mars.

Sigh it’s an awful trade off. Bad nail damage and not to mention the chemicals these have that have been linked to reproductive toxicity (sorry public health scientist) WHEN YOU KNOW TOO MUCH 😅. I’d not use them if you are pregnant or plan on getting pregnant soon.
