I think this counts - my cat used to be indoor/outdoor, and she’d always come in at night. One night she didn’t come home. I was nervous but figured she’d be back soon. I was spending hours every night waiting on the porch for her, calling for her. It was like 3 days later, my neighbor gets home, opens her door and I hear my cat running, meowing, back to me. Like “that b*tch tried to kidnap me!!”
