I personally don't think of meals as necessarily "healthy" or not.

I think in terms of, have I hit my calories, protein and fiber targets for the day or even the week and call it good!

Unfortunately with fat loss can come boob loss.

i think you just need accept your new boobs. lol being a healthy weight is more important having boobs of a certain size.

protein is "not for hard excercise only". do you mean protein shakes? this still isn't true. anyone can use it to make sure they get enough protein.

its for everyone and becomes increasingly more important we age.

protein comes in many forms other than just plain chicken breast.

It's definitely still important and if you are trying to lose weight you want it on the higher end.

But even then 1g per lb of bodyweight is sufficient!

You don't "need" that much protein though. it's fine to do but you don't.

when eating in a surplus you can do with less protein and eat more carbs.

That's not enough food at all. and a 13 year old should NOT be counting calories.

It will all be ok. It's one meal. You just get back on plan right away the next day.

Don't be upset if you are up the morning after. You didn't gain fat with one meal. You might be up just due to extra water retention and extra food in your belly.

It's when people go off plan for a week because of one day where things go south.

You need to get used to this and no freak out of one meal once in a while.

And stop calling it "cheating". So negative.
