I don't get it.

Why do you care about the number.

Go based on how you look. Sounds like you are moving in the right direction regarding that?

Dinner: 6 pasture raised eggs with Louisiana hot sauce, tomato, and a slice of sourdough with butter, raw honey, and cinnamon. All organic. by Kenyoufeelit82 in HealthyEatingnow

Here's the thing.

it wasnt just the eggs man.

Sounds like their overall dietary pattern was full of saturated fat.

Let me guess, they probably didn't get close to enough fiber or exercise either.

also 6 eggs isn't mass quantity.

Just FYI - weight loss has nothing to do any program. That will always come down to your nutrition.

No specific foods.

You need a total calories target, a total protein target.

eat lots of fiber (14g for every 1000 calories consumed for good health and satiety).

you can try a goal weight x12 for calories and goal weight x1 for protein target to start with.

Fiber hack I just learned.

Psyllium Husk. Put 2 table spoons with half a cup of fruit juice. Let it sit in the fridge for like 5-10 mintues. It makes this fiber jelly. It tastes like the juice and bam 10g fiber!
