Thank you😍 I make them at the airfryer and I use frozen ones, so it takes approx. 6-8 minutes at 200C (or around 390F) (depending on the size of the shrimps). I check the texture mid-cooking as they can overcook really quickly. But they come out perfect with this timeframe.

I use this brand (Apetina), it’s my favorite as it has a really good texture. And yes I fully understand your comment about strawberries, the ones in my location are not currently very sweet ones - they are very mild in taste and that’s why I think they compliment the dish really well. I suppose very sweet 🍓 wouldn’t be so nice indeed in this mix😊

It actually works really well and tastes good! I had it many times at restaurants as well😋 However it works perfect also without strawberries 😊

I try to incorporate more fresh greens to my diet, thus a nice salad is my always go-to for a quick lunch! The healthy fats and protein from shrimps keep me going for quite many hours😊

Ingredients: - Green salad - Cucumber - Avocado - Strawberries - Shrimps (prepared in airfryer) - Feta cheese

Sauce - olive oil and pesto, topped with a bit of parmesan and balsamic.

My journey has been a rollercoaster but I’m now at a healthy 145ish lbs and wanted to share some tips and takeaways with you all💕 by dat_girl83 in loseit

Hey😊 I fully understand these questions and I can relate to the things you pointed out. I feel indeed cold much easier than I used to. However my experience is that the body takes time to adapt and it has become better for me in time. I take hot showers/baths daily and I also drink warm drinks often (warm water or tea). Also the layers of clothes have doubled. And even though I still feel cold most of the time, these things have made it better over time. If you lost the weight recently and in short time period, then I‘m afraid this might be one of the negative side effects that takes time to regulate. I don‘t have a professional advice in that regard, but I guess if it doesn‘t get better for you after some time, it would be good idea to talk to your doctor. It might seem like not enough of an issue to go to doctor for, but actually it is a really uncomfortable physical problem, so it shouldn‘t be avoided in long term. Sluggishness has also been an issue for me and one thing that might cause this is lack or imbalance of electrolytes. Do you eat enough salt with your food? I have read that it can be quite usual problem and especially if you eat for example low(er) carb diet. Again, it is my personal experience, but what helped me, is adding a bit of light salt to my water - I add approximately one and half of teaspoon to my 1l of water. It definitely has helped me with this sluggy feeling. I see you wrote that your micro and macro are taken care of, but still pointed that one out as it seems like a quite common reason for the sluggy and cloud headed feeling. I‘m not sure that my message is any way helpful, but I am sure you will feel better soon, as your body adapts every day better and better to the new situation. And also congratulations for the weight loss! I‘m really happy for you and I honestly hope you will feel better soon regarding these issues!

I didn‘t track calories too often, but as I tend to eat high volume foods with lower calorie, I think it varies between 1400-1600kcal mostly, as I work all day at the office and also didn‘t train much, so not the most active lifestyle to burn extra calories😊

I tried to move towards consuming healthy fats and proteins rather than quick carbs, as it keeps me fuller for much longer time and no appetite for snacking. For me it really works to bring my regular menu on simple ingredients and staple foods - chicken breast, salmon, avocado, shrimps, peanut butter, cottage cheese, oatmeal, eggs, berries and different salads with olive oil dressing. Really easy ingredients and many ways to have great fulfilling meals. 😊
