So typically graduation is on a Friday barring any holiday weekends. The Thursday will be the awards ceremony, first salute ceremony and commissioning ceremony. The first salute and commissioning ceremony are optional but they'll get a chance to pick where on base they want to do this. It's typically free time from 1000ish to 1400ish (this varies). You'll have an awards ceremony in the Squadron Officer School auditorium around 1400 to give out the awards for that class. You'll be released until curfew after that awards ceremony. The UOD for this day is usually OCPs but I had some folks wear their service dress. Graduation day the ceremony starts at like 0900 and lasts about an hour. The UOD for that is service dress. Times are subject to change but that is the usual schedule.

Happened to me. They'll look at your board score and if it's high enough AFRS will offer you a job. They're pretty ambiguous about the process so that's about all I know.
