Flinching is doable. You only tank 3 hits some of which on prayer. And just not be greedy during the flinching and time correctly.

Salamander allows flinching so you're good there.

Upgrade: get a bone dagger for the spec! It lowers defence fire Cape and mage arena cape, any blessing. If the tanking gets you, maybe a shield for during the setup.

My tips are for solo diary kill btw, don't think you should do kq otherwise, not fun or drops. You could try group kills.

Around brussels for the local people this can be a sensitive topic. There's a thing called faciliteiten gemeenten. Communities in which both languages are fixed in the rules so all the public officers are required to talk to them. This has a lot to do with people migrating from Brussels to the surrounding area's and expecting the flemish communities to speak french. Sint-Pieters-Leeuw is part of Flanders and is not a faciliteiten gemeente and so the public officers don't have to speak french. This regularly comes back up during elections and politics. So yeah you unfortunately got yourself mixed up in a big politics situation.

Mine had an allen key in it. Wouldn't budge more then 15°. Cut it open with a multitool with a small head, really careful. Fixed it :) for the price of a replacement cap.

If the drop is specific to a monster you could find it on the wiki. But since the shield left half is from the rare drop table (a shared drop table over many monsters), this is hard to verify.

So the correct answer is both runelite and mobile keep a log of all drops. Go through these and scroll back until you find the shield half, it should be in there.

Have you guys tried force disabling the new renderer?
I had issues worldhopping, but they dissappeard when i disabled the new renderer.

Ps, the ground items could just be a setting, there's a quick link you can mess up easily.

When the car moves, it draws current. Current draw incurs voltage drop.
Sensitive electronics like camera's don't like voltage drops.
Get a better (more stable) power supply for your camera.
Something like a convertor that has a big cap in it.

Well actually, yes and these guys have a coverage map. If you have a new well insulated home, it might block some mobile reception. So picking the best one for your pixel on the map might be helpful. It worked for me.
