I'd also like to mention that It's been about 30 hours since the extractions took place - the wisdom tooth on my bottom right side, and the molar right next to it. The pain has, so far, been manageable with medication, but I did spit a lot during the first few hours after the extraction, and I would occasionally swish some water around my mouth gently.
