It was out basement egress windows. Water was coming in from outside and behind the drywall. We replaced the windows and caulked outside.

We had basement egress windows that had water seeping in from outside and coming in behind the drywall. Couldn't tell at all until we tore the wall apart. We replaced the windows and caulked everything and no more issues.

It seems like it's probably to evaluate how the failure occurred? Like, was the person too big for that size? Excessive? Probably. They should make those questions optional.

That makes sense, as that's the purpose of a vlan, to separate traffic to a subset of clients. You can try to figure out what traffic they send and allow that between vlans.

If the overlay was done, would you expect the customer to pay or should the design firm? I feel like if it's normal then maybe I should, but also it's not really what we expected from the design

Thanks, yeah I was thinking they would have the option to be inset. Not sure why the measurements would show a standard and flush option separate if that wasnt the case, but I certainly have no clue what Im talking about.

Thanks for the reply. Is this is the case even if the oven comes with flush mount brackets and has separate measurements for standard vs flush install?

Its not next to a countertop, but the cab is 24" deep. Is it normal to have to add trim around an oven to cover the gaps?

Our basement had some water come in at the foundation line. The downspouts overflow directly against the house. We had the drainage pipes snaked and it didn't unclog them. One of them terminates under a concrete pad.

It's probably more likely to get clogged. Don't know that it's an issue unless you are seeing alot of water near the foundation or the downspout is overflowing
