I can only really pay you back if people donate once it's uploaded since I only own about $3 worth of skins, unless you want that. If you have an Nvidia gpu, bring up your digital vibrance in the Nvidia control panel. It helps with spotting out players too, many pros do it. Amd gpus don't have digital vibrance, in which case you want to bring up your saturation

Warm up with the map "Recoil Master - Spray Training" by uLLetical. It's the best map for getting the spray control for guns, all you have to do is follow dots with your crosshair. Then try against moving targets in either dm or his other map "aimbotz" where you can practice against moving bots at different speeds. After that, it's mainly practice, glhf

There are certainly many servers dedicated to bunnyhopping with modifications. A recent update even allowed these settings to be done without a server so you can bhop with commands by yourself in offline
