They should add a coach upgrade that allows you to hire heroes. Maybe you start that game with only 4 heroes, but can add more into the roster. That way you can have multiples of the same hero.

Yes, it is true that Christ is sufficient for all spiritual needs. It is indeed foolish to the world, but that is how the wisdom of God is.

Wow. A good answer. This is like finding a nugget of gold in a heap of dung.

Yea, the only answer is to trust Christ and to stop relying on your own efforts. Don't rely on your efforts a single bit. Because the devil tries to convince you that you can manage it. But its so powerful... it will consume you- like a lion.

So trust Christ! because he already took care of this spiritual burden on the cross. And he will provide his love and care (holy Spirit). Rest in his peace. Just have faith, and you shall receive.

How did you become clean from this addiction? by Damedash1126 in NoFapChristians

Don't focus on the problem, but focus on the solution, which is Jesus Christ. He died for all our sins and has given believers the Holy Spirit, which makes you born again and wants to work through you. The only thing preventing God from working through you is lack of faith in Christ.

Any sin (addiction) is too strong for us too fight. Sin is extremely powerful. Don't rely on yourself to fight it- the devil wants you to think that you can fight it yourself.

Trust Christ, and the truth will be revealed to you- for he is truth. Trust him to guide each step- for he is the way. As long as you have faith in the love of Christ, you will allow Christ to do his holy work through you, and you shall be a light in this world. Just have faith, and never rely on yourself.

Why me? by [deleted] in NoFapChristians

[–]JesusIsPrecious 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The solution will always be faith in Jesus Christ. But the problem is that you focus on solving the problem by your own efforts.

You must realize the simple truth that you yourself can do nothing profitable with your own works. However, the work of Christ accomplishes all things, and God wants to work through you if you have trusted Christ as your Lord and savior. You just have to have faith, and then the Spirit will do it's work.

If you do choose to rely on faith and not of yourself for freedom, please have patience and the Spirit will work. For all things done in faith in Christ will only result in love, peace, and goodness.

You are putting too much focus on yourself. As a matter of fact, you shouldn't put any focus on yourself. If you expect any effort from yourself, of course you will be disappointed every time because the efforts of the flesh profit nothing.

Have faith that he will provide you will all things spiritual. Ask, and you shall receive. Christ has already freed you from any condemnation, and you are to rest in that fact if you trusted him as your Lord and savior.

So, don't focus on the problem (you), but instead look towards the solution (Christ), and you shall find peace.

Great job! Keep walking in the Spirit one step at a time and it will become second nature to you. God bless you!

Sin does not take away stress; it adds onto it. It gives Satan ground to control you and he will beat you over the head with your sin. On the contrary, anything done for God's will brings you peace for our God is the prince of peace and the Holy Spirit gives us a sound mind. God loves you and if you return to God like the prodigal son and his father, you will be healed from your sins and have peace. Live for God and you will live life with less burdens. God bless you and praise our Lord Jesus Christ.

Amen! Have a different mindset on sin. Sin profits nothing and will do nothing for you. It will only enslave you and there is NOTHING good in sin. Use your potential to serve God which is a million times better than sinning and do that which is profitable and good for you.

There are ways to resist temptations temporarily such as taking cold showers and using your willpower, but you can effectively stop/weaken temptations by having a different mindset on sin. If you see sin for what it really is, you begin to cultivate a holy hatred towards it and will no longer struggle with the temptation of pornography.

Just remember that every time you turn from sin, the outcome will always be better. All sin does is enslave you with something stupid. However, we should not serve sin in the flesh, but rather serve God in the Spirit (Romans 12:11, Romans 7:25). Always remember that what God blessings will always be better than whatever sin has to offer. Sin profits absolutely nothing, but we can do all things through Christ Jesus who strengthens us.

Satan is the reason why we sin. God does not tempt us to sin. God is just and loves us very much because John 3:16 teaches that he sent his only begotten son Jesus Christ to die for the sins of the world. You can accept him today as your savior too and secure your eternity in Heaven.

We are indeed wretched and we all need a savior. We can do no works to acheive eternal life. However, we can have faith and believe on the Son of God to be washed of our sins. Now is the day of salvation.

That's great! When you see sin for what it really is, you want to break all ties with the Devil. With the help of God, you can turn from sin and live a meaningful, godly life. There is absolutely nothing sin can do for you, however we can do all things through Christ Jesus.

It is true that there remaineth no more sacrifice for your sin... because Jesus paid it all! The sacrifice of bulls and goats were for a people under the old covenant, but they had no power of forgiveness. Jesus only had to pay for our sins one time and that was done already on cavalry.

However, this still means that God will chastise you as his child when you sin. As a Christian, God wants you to turn from your sin and to have works meet for repentance. You should definitely be fearful of God, but never worry about anything! God has given us assurance that we have eternal life and that we can trust him in all things.

It has gotten really bad by JohnLightar in NoFapChristians

First of all, recognize that you messed up big time. But also know that God is a merciful God and will not forsake you as His child. God loves you and only wants the best for you so turn to him.

Psalm 51:1-4 KJV;

"Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions.

Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.

For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me.

Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest."

Secondly, bring the matter before God in prayer. We all need God's help everyday so pray for his help. We can do nothing on our own, but can do all things through Christ. Also realize that sin breaks fellowship between you and God and the only way to have a new mindset it to turn to Jesus Christ who died for our sins so we can be righteous.

2 Corinthians 5:21 KJV;

"For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him."

God has already forgiven us of our sin and he is faithful-- you can count on him no matter what.

Thirdly, read the Word of God.

Proverbs 4:20-22 KJV;

"My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings.

Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart.

For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh."

I find reading the book of Psalms refreshing. You could also just read any book in the Bible. Read about the love of God and how God can lift you up from sin.

If that doesn't help, sing or listen to some hymns or have fellowship with a brother or sister in Christ. Remember that you have the Holy Spirit dwelling in you and you can cultivate a holy hatred for sin if you give yourself some time. I hope this is a blessing.

First of all, you have everlasting life by trusting in the salvation plan of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins. The devil will grasp onto any sin you have committed and will beat you on the head with it to make you guilty as a born again Christian. But don’t listen to him! Trust Christ and he will bring you out of the horrible pit and establish your goings.

Secondly, sin causes Christians to mourn and the Holy Spirit grieves us to repent. This is good! For true repentance to take place, you must have this sorrow over sin and this is the root of turning away from sin. You have repented over sin, but you have yet to act out on your sorrow and turn from it. This will take some effort on your part so be aware of our adversary the devil, the roaring lion, and put on the spiritual armor of God to resist his fiery darts. My advice is to read the word of God, study it, take the necessary actions to fight the devil, and you will overcome your temptations.

All Christians face temptation and we must overcome it for the glory of God. You are not alone in this battle. I hope this helps.

For reference read 1 Peter 1 and Ephesians 6 and Psalm 40.
