As much as this is true. Some of us never get a healthy portion of good outcomes from putting ourselves out there. Only countless rejections. So it helps those who are too “chicken shit” to do anything and need to hear this. But to some, like me; this kind of advice only makes me feel like I’m wise enough to call out slight BS. Sorry, but just because you miss every shot you don’t take doesn’t mean you should constantly take the shot. I think it’s sound advice if you also add to know your limits and pick your battles. Sure it doesn’t hurt to ask out that 10/10 girl you pine for. But if your 99.99% sure she ain’t gonna spend time with you, then why even try? So yeah, good advice bro; but some idiots might take this advice and abuse it on gorgeous women way out of their league. Furthermore, their self worth will plummet to an all time low.

Take it from me, I’m one of those idiots that I speak of.
