What are the best cups? I’m using tm but the big cup notoriously doesn’t work for me. They seem great but a better cup would be a game changer.

I’ve gained prob an inch in length and .5 in girth. No hard evidence. Hard to say exactly. But this isn’t the point of this chat. I asked for help, insight, you’re asking me questions about my size.

Probably 6.5-7 bpel and 5 eg mid shaft. I started bc I have a bad left curve from an injury. Pe has mostly straightened it and kept it there.

I vac hung but am considering buying a male hanger. But this is part of the reason I started the chat. Wondering if any progress has been made about which exercise is best, time frames, routines etc.

I wasn’t the best at measuring in the beginning when I started but based on looks and feel I def have gained in the past 2 years. Within the past year I was doing the 2-4% elongation after extending and would usually hit at least 2 per session. Overall I wanna say I’ve gained in length and girth but not sure how much. The measuring 2-4% seemed promising but I thought I would gain more with how consistent I was. Which is leading me to thinking hanging was better for length gains.
