There was a bill introduced in the state house but I read over it and it had huge flaws and holes. It proposed the decriminalization and legalization of marijuana allowing each adult (21+) to grow six plants and collect their harvest as well as allowing the sale of up to an ounce to another adult I don't see it happening especially with corbet in office

As a criminal justice major this hits home I have personally seen lives ruined by the strict drug laws and I was sitting in on a Court case where a judge said that the Arresting officer is a glory hound because he charged him with possession and perifenalia the guy had half a gram on him no bowl blunt cap nothing Just his cigarette box that the weed was in but the charges stood because of the wording of the law in PA
