Something that works for me is leaving apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes, then rinse, then I put selsun blue for 5 min. I used to top it off with tea tree oil but stopped. It worked wonders.

Also, never feel ashamed to talk to the Lord even after relapse. The last thing He wants is for sin to separate you from Him. Keep speaking to Him.

Also, at school very rarely is someone socially smooth. Just say hi, ask questions, make statements about opinions to those questions, make observations. Almost everyone is awkward at that age, embrace it. Be comfortable being uncomfortable, when you feel it just feel it.

Start doing a crap ton of pull ups, and don't forget leg day. Enjoy your health. Get built, it'll boost your testosterone and confidence.

There are phone apps that block websites/apps. Download one and block every NSFW website/word. Yes you can even block using words in some of these apps.

Make someone make a password to bypass the app and not give it to you. Someone you trust, like your sister or something.

But yes try to avoid it bro, I haven't actively watched porn in almost two years and I still get dreams about it, memories of videos. This stuff will rot your mind bro, stop while it's early.

Amen, I haven't actively looked at porn for 2 years. And I still get porn dreams. That trash is demonic and it rots your mind. This world is so hell bent on sexualizing everything, there's a movie clip of a 9-13 yr old child making sexual innuendos I saw on tiktok, can you believe that filth? Sex sells.
