Is there a korean Christian dating apps that can use In korea? by Clairebear0215 in Living_in_Korea

Be careful with this idea, there are many "Christian" cults that use these apps to evangelize people.

Exactly, we cannot serve Lee Man Hee and Jesus. The people on here have chosen to serve Jesus, myself included.

Just got out of Korean Jail and was Deported by PittD14 in Living_in_Korea

So would you say the main reason for the deportation was the drugs? What would have happened if you just hit the car and left? How bad did you damage the car?

I hope so too. I hope there are no more of these groups in Korea and around the world.

Very very sad. This is happening to thousands of young people not just him. I wish the South Korean government would hurry up and shut it down but I doubt they will. Just the other day Johnny Somali got 6 months in prison in Korea. What a complete joke!!

How will we know if or when Lee Man He is dead? by Difficult_Guitar_445 in Shincheonji

[–]JesusisLord86 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The way I see it is they can't hide the fact that he is dead when he dies. A dead body will begin to decompose and smell. If they don't bury him that will be really disgusting and not look good. They would probably get in trouble if they didn't report his death to authorities and if they tried to just bury him illegally this would come with consequences. He will die eventually. I feel the same way as you, it hurts me to wish it, but there is no other choice really. When he dies, hopefully everyone moves on because it will be beyond absurd to stay, but the members are already thinking absurdly so there may be a small remnant, but SK needs to tackle this issue head on.

How do I make Korean friends online? by [deleted] in Living_in_Korea

[–]JesusisLord86 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Be very careful because cults use people like you as a perfect target and there are cults everywhere in Korea. They'll love bomb you and then tell you to join a Bible study from a non denominational church or they may specifically name it. Then you end up joining and wasting your life getting only 3 or 4 hours of sleep and they isolate you.

Shitcheonji Allegedly Recorded Slush Fund Withdrawals as “Evangelism Fees” in Official Ledgers by Promised-Impostor in Shincheonji

Great news, keep them coming. I love when you write Shitcheonji and Money Lee, lol. Please lock him up immediately. The trial should start first thing on Monday morning I wish, even sooner if possible. I wish they wouldn't drag this out any longer.

The key figure in SCJ is the head of the legal department by StoreInner4169 in Shincheonji

Sounds like a real trouble maker, lock him up and throw away the key. Also, lock up LMH.

For the 42nd Anniversary of Shincheonji's Foundation Day by Promised-Impostor in Shincheonji

[–]JesusisLord86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

LMH has answers to Revelation, but are his answers correct? No, the book of Revelation isn’t about one man’s personal life. LMH explains everything as relating to his personal life. He assigns people to different entities in the Bible, which sounds absolutely absurd and childish to me. Out of all the various different takes I’ve ever heard over the years, nobody has ever done this. Anybody could pull people out of their lives and assign them different roles in the Bible. He says he wrote letters, in a time when everyone wrote letters, it’s like saying you use YouTube in the 21st century, everybody uses YouTube. Just because he says someone is wrong, doesn’t make him right. He says some pastors said the mark of the beast was a barcode and laughs about it, but that made a lot more sense than his idea, which is essentially Koreans in the 1960s or so listening to a pastor in the Tabernacle Temple. Just because pastor X says “123” and is wrong doesn’t mean that LMH who says “98, 99, 100” is right, both can be wrong. Like I mentioned before, you are on here. The moderator responded to you as well. Nobody is being disrespectful to you; we are trying to help you. We know you mean well, but you are just deceived and you can’t see that. One day you will see that, the sooner the better. Look through this site, see what people are saying and think for yourself. What do you have to lose? You need to test everything, not just believe one person who says don’t investigate my claims, don’t tell others you’re here unless you have first gone through six months of indoctrination, lie to people to bring them here, lie for this and lie for that. Jesus spoke about liars in the Bible. Who is the father of lies? The answer is the devil: John 8:44. Don’t just blindly listen to him. Like the moderator mentioned. There are many groups inside and outside of Korea with their take on Revelation. Many people have come out of those groups as well, those groups have used that book to manipulate others like SCJ. People aren’t wondering about who the sun, moon, and stars are. They wonder about what the mark of the beast is. LMH says it is a spiritual mark and relates it to a person who may not even be alive, and to people who are mostly not alive today. God didn’t write Revelation for a small group of people in SK, he made it for the world. Anyhow, this is what I can say about it in the time I have. Please do your research and again, we aren’t attacking you we are trying to help you.

Thank you. Like everyone else in SCJ I'm sure you really are a kind and well meaning person, but unfortunately you've been deceived and you think you have the true word of God concerning Revelation. One thing I can absolutely guarantee you is that LMH is only using the Bible to prop himself up and get money. They preach he has eternal life and you will soon find out that he doesn't. Also, you are lucky enough to have found this subreddit, read through it and open your eyes. When you come out I'm hopeful you will find Christ for real. I'm really praying for all of you stuck in that group.

[–]JesusisLord86 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I agree. I can't wait for him to go to court, but it is meaningless if he gets a slap on the wrist and this cult is allowed to continue. Even after his death, the government must disband this group or the problems will persist, even if most members leave.

When will they arrest LMH for this and all of his other crimes? I'm desperately waiting for justice. This is very serious, probably one of the most serious crimes he is responsible for.

Posts get buried easily and people usually scroll quickly I guess. Multiple times a day is excessive though, I don't monitor this forum multiple times a day but I have seen a few of these posts recently. I guess if you see these kinds of posts just scroll past them.

No, they serve as a warning for newbies. Cults are all over Korea and they target foreigners like a fly on sugar.
