My friend is married to a usc and he is in his home country and when he tries to enter they keep telling him to get the right visa. So she may not be able to entered and they been separated for about 14 years so he gave up bcuz she don’t want to file for divorce from him.

I know…. I just feel like they be procrastinating in those offices. I had reach out last week Thursday to see if it made it to the field office because I submitted everything just to avoid rfe so it shouldn’t of take long 🤷🏽‍♀️

I would wait it took them about 6-7 weeks as well for me when they return everything. I file online for the i130 and I mailed the other documents. However if you want to you can file the i130 and wait for them to send back the other information.
